Bookings’ Terms & Conditions 
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking. Flisvos Plakias reserves the right to change the prices listed on the web site www.flisvosplakias.gr at any time without prior notice. An electronic reservation receipt (voucher) for every reservation will be mailed out to the customer, who is then required to present it upon arrival.

Arrival and Departure
Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival at which time the hotel is entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged with 50% of the room rate if the guest departs till 18:00 and 100% if the departure is after 18:00.

Charges
The prices displayed on the website are a total for your requested stay. Any meals, service or VAT (at the current rate) are included only if specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. The VAT breakdown shown is indicative based on the current rate of VAT, and the expected VAT treatment of the goods or services, and may change depending on the actual tax point of the invoice, and the VAT treatment of the goods and services purchased at that date.

Payment
You will be asked to pay a 10% of the total booking’s prise as a deposit in order to secure your reservation.

Cancellations , Modifications & Non-arrivals
In case you wish to extend or modify your reservation prior to your arrival at the Hotel Flisvos , you must contact the booking department of the Hotel as soon as possible. Once confirmed your reservation may be cancelled up to one week before the day of your arrival. After that time or failing to arrive, 20% of your reservation will be charged.
